Welcome
Merry Christmas

My gift for you

A Star Shone Bright
In the twlight of the night,
A heaven sent star, shone bright,
Sent for love of mankind
Others saw, but they were blind.
In the manger of a small stable,
Blessed from above was his cradle
The babe of peace born this night
Announced by angels in their flight.
The small babe would change the world
Recorded the story is of old
Yet we celebrate each and every year
The blessed event with good cheer.
The spirit within you will dwell
With the glory you will tell
For you know the very reason
We celebrate a joyous season.

Christmastide Some say that ever 'gainst that season comes Wherein our Saviour's birth is celebrated, The bird of dawning singeth all night long; And then, they say, no spirit can walk aboard; The night are wholesome; then no planets strike, No fairy takes, nor witch hath power to charm, So hallow'd and so gracious is the time. William Shakespeare Hamlet, Act I, Scene I
Take Joy! I salute you! There is nothing I can give you which you have not; but there is much, that, while I cannot give, you can take. No heaven can come to us unless our hearts find rest in it today. Take Heaven. No peace lies in the future which is not hidden in this present instant. Take Peace. The gloom of the world is but a shadow; behind it, yet, within our reach, is joy. Take Joy. And so, at this Christmas time, I greet you, with the prayer that for you, now and forever, the day breaks and the shadows flee away.
Fra Giovanni A.D. 1513
