Open a new image, 350 x 350 Transparent,
16.7Millions Colors

Colors Foreground white Background black
Styles solid, gradient
Set the gradient to the following


Select preset shapes, solid teardrop


Draw one to the size you wish, copy
Add a new Raster Layer and paste
Image Flip
Line up the teardrops, to look like this


When you have it the way you want, merge visible
Using Magic Wand Select and Invert, Flood fill with any pattern
I used this one from PSP

Sections - Modify - expand 10

Add a new Raster Layer
Flood fill with white
Selections Modify - contract 3 - Delete
Use the Magic wand and touch outside, selections, invert, the line should be enclosed with marching ants all around


Copy, paste as a new layer.
Using the deformation tool, shape the white lines around your ornament, as tho' it it enclosed and the wires are holding it together, one slightly larger

Using your Magic Wand enclose one wire,
and in patterns Flood fill with Pattern Glacier, Inner Bevel
Repeat for the second wire

Enclose the ornament and apply Inner Bevel
De-select.

Adding the topper and hook/ribbon
Add a new Raster Layer
Using your paintbrush setting - Round 5 draw a hook and cap with Glacier Pattern, Inner Bevel.


Merge Visible.

The rest is up to you, add ribbons, stars, a Christmas picture,
